AL East SP Projections

The AL East is known for it's big bats, but there is plenty of good pitching to go around too. Jon Lester reigns supreme as C.C. starts to slow down. David Price, who goes about 10 picks after C.C., will outpitch him too. The division also plays hosts to some quality sleeper picks in Jeremy Hellickson, Brian Matsuz and my personal favorite so far, Brandon Morrow. Make the jump for some American League East Starting Pitcher projections.

The yankees will miss the playoffs. I expect Morrow and Hellickson to be on many of my teams. I don't trust Matusz yet although that Adp (227) is tempting.

Don't be convinced from those fancy stats. Just pull numbers out of your ass like I do.

a 1.23 WHIP with a 5.20 BB/9 = best BABIP of all time

Are the Yankees really going to use Sergio Mitre and Freddy Garcia as their 5th SP? They need to stop the Jesus Montero is a Catcher shenanigans and either trade him or play him at DH right now. I hope the Yankees miss the playoffs.
